Property Manager
Monica has lived and owned investment properties all over the country, both long-term and short-term rentals. She knows the stressors that come with being both a landlord and a tenant and uses that personal experience to provide exceptional service to all parties. Her goals are to ensure that property owners can enjoy passive income and know their home is being well taken care of, and that tenants can live in safe and comfortable housing.
After a life of military moves around the U.S. through the Army, Monica, her husband, and their three children are happy to now be able to call Jefferson County, WV ‘home’. They enjoy their life along the river with their chickens and rooster and their fluffy Great Pyrenees dog, Louie.
